The new year is here, and with that comes it’s wave of resolutions and goal setting. That’s the easy bit, right? Actually, following through with them regularly and consistently is the hard part. In a nutshell, the challenge is keeping the motivation going through the coldest and most miserable month of the year. But the way I see it, if you can keep up the new habits through such a challenging month – you’re well on your way to maintaining them long term. A combination I love to use together, in what I call the ‘energy bomb’ is wild orange and peppermint. This is fantastic for fatigue, mental fog, and lifting you out of an energy slump.
